Shipping Policy

ARRIVAL TIMES: Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive: Shipping Time + Shipping Method = Total Delivery Time. Shipment time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) is indicated in each product description on our web site. All in-stock items are usually shipped out of our warehouse in Southern California within 1-2 business days upon receipt of order, unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail will arrive anywhere from 4-10 business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse(s) and depending on SHIP TO location within the continental United States. Estimated time of arrival for orders placed with USPS Priority Mail are anywhere from 2-4 business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse(s) and depending on SHIP TO location within the continental Unites States, or unless specified otherwise. Estimated time of arrival for orders placed with USPS Express is approximately 1-2 business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse(s) and depending on SHIP TO location within the continental Unites States, or unless specified otherwise. Please note: our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for late Friday, weekend and holiday orders.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Regardless of shipping option, Mobovida does not under any circumstance expressly warrant or guarantee published delivery times. Mobovida does guarantee timely processing and fulfillment of all IN-STOCK items upon placement of order (usually within 1-2 business days). Upon fulfillment out of our warehouse(s), it is the obligation of the United States Postal Service for timely delivery of shipment in which the above suggested delivery times apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to acknowledge and adhere to the above policy before placing their order. The SHIP TO address MUST be a valid deliverable address for the United States Postal Service (must be able to receive first class mail). Please provide as complete information as possible to ensure delivery accuracy.

POLICY: Mobovida offers shipping via USPS first class mail at no charge to our customers, regardless of size or weight. Customers may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail which will be charged accordingly at a FLAT-RATE, regardless of size or weight. Customers may also choose to upgrade to USPS Express Mail which will be charged accordingly at a FLAT-RATE, regardless of size or weight. All orders shipped via USPS Express Mail will require signature upon delivery. At this time, Mobovida ONLY ships to the United States, US Protectorates and Canada. Additional charges may apply for large-quantity distribution orders and orders that require special delivery instructions. In the event such orders are placed, a representative from Mobovida shall immediately contact the customer to notify customer of such charges prior to fulfillment. This policy is valid for all orders placed through Mobovida within the continental United States of America.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION/TRACKING: Upon shipment of your order you will receive email notification that your order has been sent in accordance with your selected shipping option. Shipping confirmation and delivery status will be provided accordingly upon shipment. Your credit card is charged when your shipment has been sent.

* UPS SHIPPING: For an additional fee, Mobovida orders can be shipped via UPS. Orders shipped via UPS will be shipped within 1-2 business days and will be charged based on product weight and ship-to location. Tracking numbers & package tracking will be available online at UPS.com. All UPS shipments are insured up to $100.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO FURTHER VERIFICATION. Please be advised, if your order requires additional information for processing verification, you may receive one or more of the following: (i) an e-mail requesting additional information; (ii) a phone call from a Mobovida representative; (iii) or a call from your bank to verify your purchase.

Store/Return Policy

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Mobovida is committed to offering great prices and the most accurate product information available to our customers for our factory-direct products. Due to our low prices and the rapid turnover of many high-demand accessory items presented on our site, and the limited production scale, the listing of a particular item or accessory does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.

If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to contact you immediately to provide status on that particular item. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Mobovida accepts payment via the following authorized credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Mastercard/Visa Check Cards. We also accept 3rd party payment systems including PayPal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, CODs, money orders, cashier's checks, or direct wire transfers. Please be advised that we require EXACT U.S. billing addresses in order to fulfill all orders. Credit cards with international billing addresses cannot be accepted. All prices quoted on the Mobovida.com site are quoted in U.S. currency and all orders must be transacted in the same.

For large volume orders and orders placed via open account status, acceptable forms of payment may also include checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Terms of payment for large volume orders are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to change without notice.

RETURN POLICY:
Mobovida is happy to offer a 90 Day Return Policy - If you are not happy with your Mobivida product for any reason, you may return the item for REPLACEMENT OR REFUND within ninety (90) days of receipt. We'll even pay for the return shipping. Contact us at: returns@mobovida.com

All returns must be accompanied by a Mobovida RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to: returns@mobovida.com

Be sure to include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Date of original purchase
  • Reason for request for RMA
  • Your e-mail address

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RMA number.

WARRANTY POLICY:
Mobovida stands behind the quality of our products with an iron-clad 100% Lifetime Quality Assurance Guarantee. All products are warranted for the entire life of the product unless specified otherwise. For warranty related issues, simply contact us at: returns@mobovida.com. Warranty replacements take approximately 1-2 weeks to process from the date of receipt. If Mobovida is out-of-stock on the item, Mobovida will replace it with an equivalent product or issue an in-store credit. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, or improper installation of product, or acts of nature. PLEASE NOTE: Installation of any of our products are at your own risk. Mobovida is not liable for any damages caused by our products. Damage(s) due to what Mobovida deems customer negligence is not covered under this warranty.

SAFE SHOPPING GUARANTEE:

Mobovida cannot be held responsible if you disclose your account password to other individuals.
